6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Arrow to Pin and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any locations and data you create within the App. By using iCloud sync, you agree to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions for the storage and synchronization of your data.
8. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with Apple services including:
- Apple Maps: Subject to Apple Maps Terms of Use
- iCloud: Subject to Apple iCloud Terms and Conditions
- App Store: Subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.
9. In-App Purchases
Arrow to Pin offers optional tips to support development. These are voluntary contributions and do not unlock additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will meet your requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The directions provided will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ARROW TO PIN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any inaccuracy in compass directions or distance calculations
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party conduct or content
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arrow to Pin from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the App from your device.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by:

- Posting notice in the App or App Store update notes
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
